陈妤颉:追风女孩凌云志

站在属于自己的百米赛道,低头看着比赛服上印刻的国旗,陈妤颉用右手指向那里,然后起跑。“那一刻我心无杂念,那一刻我充满力量。因为,国旗就在这个位置;因为,我代表的是中国!”

今年8月,在巴西里约热内卢举行的U15世界中学生夏季运动会比赛中,未满15岁的陈妤颉获得了100米、200米两项冠军,其中100米比赛以11秒56的成绩追平自1982年以来国际中学生体育联合会(ISF)18岁以下赛会纪录。

2008年12月出生的陈妤颉,是来自浙江省宁波市第七中学的学生,国家一级运动员,近年来参加世界、全国、省市比赛20多次,获冠亚军近70次。

或许因为父母都是运动员,陈妤颉从小就非常喜欢运动,练过跆拳道,也打过网球。小学五年级参加校运会时,陈妤颉出类拔萃的奔跑速度引起了学校体育老师的注意,老师认为这孩子身上有着不可多得的短跑天赋,建议她专注练习短跑。就这样,陈妤颉改换了赛道,站在田径场上,爱上了跑步,爱上了和风比速度,向前“一路狂奔”。

兼顾学习与训练,陈妤颉用周一到周五放学后和周末的时间去宁波体校走训。比天赋更出众的是意志,日日夜夜的“奔跑”后面是太多不为人知的“跌倒”,所有的困难都不能阻止她训练的脚步。“自她训练起,就没有请过一次假。腿部受伤时,她就在边上做摆臂训练和力量练习,一切努力只为更快更强地奔跑。”她的教练、宁波体育运动学校的吴亚存说。

“作为一名运动员,我每天要做无数个动作,今天我想分享的,是无数个动作里的三个。”在10月19日举行的2023全国“新时代好少年”先进事迹发布仪式上,陈妤颉率先出场。她真实的讲述吸引了无数目光。

“第一个,是摆臂。”因为11岁时从网球转到短跑,陈妤颉的身体形成了肌肉记忆,跑步时摆臂总是外翻,摆臂不规范就不能把速度发挥到极致。要想纠正,只有不断重复,建立新的肌肉记忆——前摆臂到鼻子高度,后摆臂超过身体躯干,左右摆动幅度不超过身体中轴线。陈妤颉说:“就是这样一个简单的动作,我每天会练上几百次,到现在我应该练过十几万次吧。”

让人没想到的是,陈妤颉说的第二个动作居然是呕吐。“是的,你们没有听错,是呕吐。”技术上的短板可以练习,体能极限的突破却难得多。陈妤颉的速耐训练强度比别人更大、要求更高。快速高抬腿,一般要求做40秒,她要坚持1分钟;200米全速跑,一般人跑4组,她要跑6组。一组200米速耐训练的感觉就好像正常人憋气一分钟的同时加做50个俯卧撑,大脑的缺氧和身体的负荷会达到极限,甚至会导致呕吐。“吐着吐着就习惯了,吐完继续跑。”陈妤颉说。

有不少运动员在赛前都会有属于自己的小动作,它能帮助自己稳定情绪、保持亢奋。陈妤颉也试过各种动作,都觉得别扭。“直到今年8月22日,我第一次出国比赛,站在起跑线上等待发令枪响的那一刻,我下意识地做出了手指胸前国旗这个动作。”陈妤颉找到了力量。

9月12日,杭州第19届亚运会火炬在宁波传递,陈妤颉作为第四棒火炬手跑出了她最“慢”却最有意义的100米。“这是体育精神的传递。”她说。

20年间,长征二号F运载火箭一次又一次点火,托举着神舟载人飞船一次又一次腾飞,在云霄间划出一道道壮丽轨迹——向高、向远、向九天之外。

这一次,神舟十七号载人飞行任务航天员乘组汤洪波、唐胜杰、江新林踏上征途。

从这片土地出发

深秋,从嘉峪关机场去往酒泉卫星发射中心的路上,经过的村庄不多,但家家户户门前都摊晒着金黄的粮食。

这样的景象,汤洪波并不陌生。他出生在湖南湘潭一个普通的农民家庭,作为家中老大,时常帮父母打理稻田和鱼塘。而在河南开封杞县一个小村庄里,年幼的江新林放学后也经常顾不得和小伙伴玩耍,便跑去割草喂牛、分担家务。

世世代代面朝土地背朝天的人们,最明白果实的金贵。唐胜杰记得,乐观坚毅的母亲只哭过一次:“那年,收割的麦子刚打成捆撂在田里,就突然下起了雨。母亲担心麦穗被雨打落,急得直掉泪。”于是,她背起成捆的麦穗、沿着那条狭窄泥泞的山路回家,留给唐胜杰一个弯弯的、深深的背影。

如同孕育种子生长,这片土地也滋养着3名航天员的成长,赋予他们这个民族的品质:勤俭、坚毅、朴素、纯粹。

湖南湘潭,英雄辈出之地。汤洪波心里也渴望成为英雄。

1995年,他考上军校,成为一名飞行学员。在这里,这位自嘲不聪明的“70后”不懈努力——体能成绩班里垫底,他就每天在操场上一圈一圈地跑,直到成绩跑进“优秀”;飞行训练,他利用课余时间拿着飞机模型一遍遍比划起飞降落,一次次复盘操作动作,直到飞行成绩常获满分。

关于蓝天的梦想,离不开脚踏实地的努力。在汤洪波成为战斗机飞行员10多年后,“85后”唐胜杰也开始了自己的飞行生涯。

与汤洪波和唐胜杰不同,江新林原本要成为一名坦克兵。被原解放军装甲兵工程学院录取后,他下定决心:珍惜机会,报效国家。

大二时,江新林到甘肃嘉峪关下连实习。正值酷暑,热浪好似透明的火焰,把戈壁滩烧灼得滚烫。钻进舱盖紧闭的坦克,即便有风扇,江新林仍觉得快要热晕过去了。此时,推动操作杆操纵坦克,不仅需要强有力的上肢力量,更需要意志。

那时,江新林并不知道,他会赶上空军从军校毕业生中选招飞行员的机会,从而选择飞向更宽广的天际;江新林更难想象,有一天,在嘉峪关不远处的酒泉卫星发射中心,他会作为中国航天员,飞得更高、更远。

2010年,汤洪波入选为我国第二批航天员。

2020年,唐胜杰、江新林入选为我国第三批航天员。

2023年10月25日,3名航天员组成的神舟十七号乘组在酒泉卫星发射中心问天阁亮相。

“个人的理想追求和时代的发展息息相关。我从一名普通山村孩子成长为一名飞行员、航天员,实现飞天梦想,源于时代发展、科技进步、祖国强大。”指令长汤洪波说。

飞出大气层

大地一瞬远去,苍穹近在咫尺。

10月26日11时14分,被誉为“神箭”的长征二号F运载火箭托举着神舟十七号飞船点火发射。橘红色的尾焰熊熊燃烧,掠过戈壁滩上金色的胡杨。

汤洪波、唐胜杰、江新林坐在飞船里,静静承受着火箭持续加速带来的过载——身体被数倍于己的重量压在座椅上。

飞天之前,每名航天员都要进行大量训练以克服过载带来的不适。

离心机训练是其中最难熬的关卡之一。无数次高速离心旋转下,脸上的肌肉被甩到变形,眼泪唰唰地往外流,胸部压迫、呼吸困难。过载达到8个G,意识模糊、眼睛黑视随时可能出现。

摁下离心机座椅边那个触手可及的红色按钮,便能请求暂停,缓解生理上的痛苦。但航天员大队成立25年来,没人按过那个按钮,神舟十七号乘组也不例外。

湛蓝的天幕上,长征火箭正努力摆脱着地心引力的束缚,越飞越高。如同此刻的火箭,3名航天员拿到飞向太空的“通行证”,也需克服重重阻力。

江新林第一次进行沙漠野外生存训练时,和战友遇上了沙尘暴。黄风骤起,沙海一望无际。

“好在我们提前用伞布搭建好了帐篷,支撑帐篷的柱子是用沙漠里面的沙棘根捆扎而成的。”江新林说,“担心帐篷被风吹跑,每个人抱着一根柱子睡了一晚上,醒了赶紧看看还牢不牢固。”

专业技能训练是唐胜杰的强项。打小,他的动手能力就很强,家里买来一个新电器,他就要拆开鼓捣一遍,以至于后来村里谁家电器坏了都找他修理。

因此,每每遇到操作性课程,唐胜杰每个细胞都在兴奋。失重水槽训练中,虽然穿着厚重的水下服进行模拟失重训练五六个小时,上肢要进行大量操作,结束后累得手握不住筷子,但他乐此不疲。

让唐胜杰兴奋的水下训练,曾经却是汤洪波的心结。他不爱被束缚,平时连手表都很少戴。但是这项训练要求航天员在水下穿着训练服工作数小时。

加压后的训练服,就像一艘套在航天员身上的“人”形飞船,限制四肢活动。汤洪波一穿上就恨不得马上脱下来。

“后来,我请工作人员把服装温度尽量调低,强迫自己冷静下来。”汤洪波说。

2021年7月4日,汤洪波和共同执行神舟十二号飞行任务的航天员聂海胜、刘伯明圆满实施了空间站阶段航天员首次出舱活动,他的操作用时比地面训练时还要短。

这一幕似在昨日。今天,汤洪波作为神舟十七号乘组指令长,与唐胜杰、江新林共赴星河,成为我国首个重返“天宫”的航天员。

“为了这一刻,我一直在全速奔跑。这也得益于广大科研人员的精心指导。”汤洪波说,“我有信心、有决心,和两位战友一起,圆满完成任务。”

船箭分离的那一刻,失重感袭来,神舟飞船第十七次飞出了大气层,中国人第十二次来到了太空。

抵达繁星

“圜则九重,孰营度之?”

两千多年前,当我们的祖先仰望繁星,发出了对九天之外的叩问。今天,中国人在太空建造的家园,以“天宫”命名,已进入应用与发展阶段。

2021年6月17日,神舟十二号乘组首次开启中国空间站大门。那是空间站阶段首次载人飞行任务,也是汤洪波的首次太空飞行。为了那一天,他足足准备了11年,4000多个日日夜夜。

今天,汤洪波作为神舟十七号乘组指令长,再次出征太空。他将创造我国航天员执行两次任务间隔时间最短纪录——两年零1个月。

这段时间内,中国空间站已经完成从“一室一厅”到“三室一厅”的扩充。

起飞后约6.5小时,神舟十七号飞船与空间站进行自主交会对接,汤洪波早已迫不及待,想看看太空家园的新变化。

变化背后,是中国航天几代人的接续奋斗。抵达繁星的路上,吾将上下而求索。

从一人一天、多人多天到两人中期驻留再到多人长期驻留。20年间,中国载人航天突破了天地往返、交会对接、航天员出舱等关键技术,完成了“三步走”战略任务。我国第一批、第二批现役航天员均实现了飞天梦想。神舟十七号乘组中,唐胜杰、江新林是我国第三批航天员,与此同时,第四批预备航天员选拔也已经完成了复选阶段的选拔工作。

执行神舟十二号任务时,汤洪波喜欢在宁静的夜晚俯瞰地球:“我的心情异常激动,我深深地为我们伟大的祖国感到骄傲和自豪。”

后来,汤洪波将这种感受和在太空工作的经验、细节毫无保留地分享给了唐胜杰、江新林。进入太空之前,年轻的航天员满怀期待。

“我非常期待第一次进入太空,期待太空失重的神奇乐趣,期待浩瀚宇宙的深邃美妙。”35岁的江新林说。

“我想的更多的还是如何去完成任务,能够做出一些科学实验成果,更好地完成一些探索,为我国载人航天事业,为我们国家的科学发展作出一些贡献。”34岁的唐胜杰说。

造船为建站,建站为应用。这是中国载人航天工程建设发展的初衷。

经过数十年如一日的不懈努力,中国空间应用成果转移转化成效显著,目前已有4000余项成果广泛应用于各行各业,服务国计民生。

两年前,汤洪波所在的神舟十二号乘组完成了两次出舱活动,开展了一系列空间科学实验和技术试验。

作为空间站应用与发展阶段的第二棒,神舟十七号飞船将搭载分子组装与应用研究项目实验单元上行中国空间站。3名航天员将开展一系列空间科学实验与技术试验。

为此,他们在前期任务训练的基础上,针对本组特有任务以及相关状态变化开展了强化训练。这其中就包括空间实验与有效载荷训练。

2003年,中国进入太空第一人杨利伟实现了中国人千年飞天梦。时至今日,已经过去了20年。算上神舟十七号乘组,20年间,我国逐梦太空的航天员,刚好20位。

20年前,被浩瀚宇宙深深震撼的杨利伟在工作日志上写下:“为了人类的和平与进步,中国人来到太空了。”

20年后,我们早已抵达繁星、拥有了“中国星”——当“天宫”划过天际,也会留下和星星一样的灿烂轨迹。

每一次对浩瀚太空的叩问,都是下一次探索的开始。
