我遇到的很反感的电话销售人员 都有以下几个特点:声音不清晰、无礼貌、表达不清、没有时间段概念、专业性的缺乏以及恳求。

你首先要做的是针对你的产品,设定相关要做的,比如电脑打印机、要细分客户,不同型号功能价位的打印机应该针对不同客户类型,比如对方只是需要便宜的简单的随便用下的打印机,你给他介绍功能超强,价格高的,那对方就会不需要。

我不是做打印机销售的,但销售都是相通的,你自己在结合你的具体情况,多摸索方法方式,打完一个电话,做完一次销售介绍,都应该去思考下,刚才哪里做对了,哪里错了,错在哪里,或则哪些地方还做的不够好,原因在哪里,需要如何去做好,多实践,多分析,多努力,你慢慢就会有自己的一套方法了。
